Newmark based in New York and Knight Frank based in London formed a partnership designed to further expand each company's global presence. Together, the firms handle transactions valued at over $41 billion, with annual revenues exceeding $545 million. The combined global network consists of more than 140 offices in over 30 countries worldwide with staff numbers exceeding 4,500 professionals.
Our challenge was to create a new logomark that reflected the equal partnership of the two companies, as well as an identity guideline manual to help implement the logo globally. Our strategy was to capitalize on the brand equity strengths of each company's logo and combine them to form a new one. After the logo was approved, we developed a global guidelines manual that included color, style, and layout standards for environmental signage, corporate stationary, presentation documents and new marketing collateral.
