David Wright Foundation - 2007 Gala
The David Wright Foundation is a charitable organization focused on giving back to children's causes that was founded by the third baseman of the New York Mets baseball team. We continued our partnership into 2007 to develop the gala collateral including everything from the invitations to posters signed by David Wright himself.
This year we made the work vibrate a bit. Raw imagery of instruments and musical equipment was integrated with poster style typography. Fluorescent inks and metallics pushed the print production and legendary musicians were rendered in silhouette form to be used throughout the materials. The idea was to express the sound of rock-n-roll visually while creating an element of interactivity.
